We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us at info@signaturefierce.com
You choose your shipping time at checkout depending on your zip code. Please keep in mind that the first class option is the cheapest but takes 5-7 business days. We recommend you choose express shipping and will receive your items within 2-3 business days.
Tracking is seamless through our mobile app! Otherwise, when your item is shipped out we send your tracking info via email. Don't hesitate to reach out to us at sales@signaturefierce.com if you have further questions.
95% of our orders are sent out the same day. For that reason we do not allow orders to be canceled once shipped out. If you ordered the wrong size or color you can contact customer service at sales@signaturefierce.com. If you change your mind on your order please refer to our return policy.
Yes, we offer free exchanges. send an email to sales@signaturefierce.com and we will send you your return label. Once the item is received we will check if it has been worn, stains, damages and the tags attached and your exchange will be approved and we will send your new size exchange.
Due to the amount of orders we receive daily, unfortunately we cannot hold items at this time. If we are out of stock, make sure to click the "notify me" button to be the first to know when it's back in stock.
We do not offer refunds. We offer store credit and free exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size and we are out of stock, we will also issue you a store credit to go towards your next order.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
Although we check each and every item when the item is packed. We understand mistakes happen. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email sales@signaturefierce.com as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
